First they decide to get rid of the penny that’s really only good for one thing, and now they issue a coin that not only has a dinosaur on it (Pachyrhinosaurus lakustai), but also GLOWS IN THE DARK!
I’m pretty sure it’s an elaborate scheme to get Topherchris to move to Canada.
